Red Hot Radiohead?

Ello
Hey everyone. Just wanted to see what was up round these parts. Not much new in my life. Finished like 90% of the downstairs renovations so thats good, the plumbers and whatnot are coming in 3 weeks to redo the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. And thats when ill be moving bedrooms into my sisters (technically my) old room. Im ditching the lazyboys as i realized i do not use them what so ever so that should give me a lot more space for whatevs.
School is coming along nicely, i switched my Monday Wednesday Friday class and now its online so i only go to school on thursdays and thats to watch movies. Online classes are a breeze i think i got away easy this semester.
Ive been reading A Game of Thrones, which is the first in George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. Its quite a good read, hes very detailed in his writing and good at character development. Picked up the second book A Clash of Kings at borders today since i had a 30% off coupon.
On the videogame front i just beat Batman Arkham Asylum and picked up Halo 3 ODST today too. Pretty fun so far, me and ablert played firefight at his house with a little help from his friend howard. Conviced Albert to get it too so now we should be gettin some online Firefight in.

FML
So shit isnt going to well at the Dinh Household. Parents took everything away from me, my ipod, cellphone, laptop, even drivers license. So yeah i have no contact with anyone except this crappy desktop and my 360.
But the main thing is im asking any of you guys a big hugeass favor. Im wondering if i can crash at any of your houses? I know its a HUGE thing to ask but you know i wouldnt unless i really think i needed to. I just cant stay here anymore, its driving me insane. It wouldnt be forever just til school starts again, then ill move back home but i just need whats left of summer free from them. I know i dont have a job and i hate doing this but im loosing my mind here. There wont be anyway i can pay you since i dont have a job or money of any kind but yeah just thought id ask....
I consider all of you guys Family and not seeing you guys even for these past few days is like...really bad i cant really describe it. I feel like a prisoner in my own house and all im thinking of is freedom.

The End...
Well the week of awesome open dinhhouse is officially over. (sadface)
My mom apparently got sick while in Canada, which sucks but is typical of my mother she still seems really tired right now, i hope her tiredness will enthrall her to leave me alone. Though my dad is apparently have a great time and decided to stay til saturday, which is good cause i wont have to deal with him being home all the time for another week. Kinda wish my mom stayed for another week too, not so i could have a party every night again, just to chill out. Im going to miss having the house to myself and having the gang over.
Well thats it basically, i know no one really reads these anymore but its been fun and its probably best that its over. I dont think anyone can handle anymore drinking. But now we dont really have anything to look forward to :(

Party All the time
Last night/this morning was crazy. Longest party of my life. Andrew Lopez didnt leave til like 6AM it was crazy. Jim Jones was amazing. Mcdonalds breakfast was amazing. I dont know if ill be able to do another night like that too much to handle. Maybe something more quiet. But yeah cant believe that it was technically only the first night and that we still have almost a week left of open houseness.
Sam was hilariously drunk last night, ended up passing out on a chair outside for like 2-3 hours? idk just sitting out there. One of the funniest parts of the night right there.

The Worst STD of them All...
So I just found out today that my Sister is Preggers, knocked up, gots a bun in the oven whatever you wanna call it. Idk how this is going to effect our family, hopefully it doesnt change things too much probably wont. Pretty cool though, im going to be an uncle in like 9 months LOL. Thats all for today just wanted to let you chaps know.
PS Beach was awesome today.
Update: This is not relevant to my sister being preggers but just letting you guys know that maggie is in the vet giving birth to her pups. Im excited to see how many and how cute they are.

Down the Rabbit Hole
So i recently finished reading the first book in the wonderland universe "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and now im starting "Through the Looking Glass" and it was pretty damn awesome. Lots of things happened in the book that weren't in the movie, which is a damn shame cause it would of been so cool if they were.

Personally i think they look damn awesome. And i hope we get to see this in 3D cause it will be sooo epic. And i had my doubts about Johnny Depp playing the Mad Hatter but he looks pretty good as him in that picture.
Edit: After about 15 minutes of me trying to directly put the pictures onto this post and Blogger telling me i did only for me to find that there are no pictures i decided to just directly link u, so u guys will have to just click. Stupid fuckin blogger.
Edit #2: WTF apparently u cant even click on this shit? sorry u guys will have to copy and paste...trust me they are awesome pictures. Or you can just go to IGN or any other media news site and im sure theyll have it there...ive definitely have added pictures onto this blog before, and seen others do it so idk wtf is going on. But yeah my sister is still really sad about it. Other then that not much has happened recently. Finally got my laptop fixed and really happy about it, figured i should come back on here and say hello. that is all.

Brandywine Court
Soo Sunday started out like one of the worst days ever. I had to go to church, which obviously means im gonna be in a pissed off mood. Also my dad wanted me to mow the lawn, conveniently he chose the hottest day of the year so far to ask. But that doesnt matter cause i didnt end up doing it anyway. Probably will have to later. What really made me sad was that i had to miss out on beach fun cause i had to go to fucking church. So i get to church and everything is as it always is. People singing praises blah blah. It was once the worship finished and the sermon was about to commence that i fully just had fucking enough of the bullshit that is church. Instead of a sermon this week there was a special guest speaker that was going to talk about some bullshit that happened to some Malaysain kids or some crap like that. (sorry for me being completely crude about the poor kids in Malaysia) My parents wanted me to stay to see all the horrors that these people have to live through. This really just was the last straw. Did my parents really think that seeing this will finally convert me and make me a believer? Ive seen probably near 50 slideshows/videos of poor kids in cambodia/vietnam/china/phillipense/etc. throughout my many years of going to church and i really didnt feel like sitting through it all over again. Also my allergies decided that today was the day it would come knockin. Let me rephrase that, it blew down my door hardcore. So all that accumilated to me just ending up leaving church before the slideshow thing even started. I just bounced and drove for a bit clearing my head....literally sneezing like a billion times every hour.
So i get home and chill for a little bit taking some Zyertck or however you spell it. And what do i have to deal with? Half the church has come back with my parents to have a dinner at my house. I really didnt want to see any of them soo i ended up walking around. Talked to durell for a bit, but mostly walking and listening to my iPod. Feeling shitty and just mad about how im missing the beach fun, finally sean and albert get back. And want to hang out, but then Albert bitches out...he better not make a habit of it cause its been 2 nights in a row now.
But all the crap that happened on Sunday was nothing compared to how awesome the night was going to be for sean and myself. Its about 9ish when i finally meet up with mr. scott. We wanted to do howard and some glow in the dark frisbee but couldnt cause albert wasnt there. So what we really wanted was like a bench to sit outside and watch howard, but we knew that there was no such safe place. So i take sean to a spot to watch howard in the car. It was mine and durells spot and it lead to this secret street called Brandywine. Me and sean decided to not just smoke in the car but walk down the street and smoke. So we get the the right end of Brandywine and theres this "abandoned" house. My personal theory is that its underconstruction and the family that live there are just in a hotel or another family's house while its getting fixed. We're both there just standing on the lawn, and sean hears like a stream of water or something to that extent. We finish the bowl before exploring further. And we discover this little oasis. Theres 2 ponds with coy fish in there. And a perfect Bench just calling to us. We sit there for a bit, and then decided to go back to the car and pack the second bowl to smoke at the bench. We get back to the bench smoke the bowl, and just talk and look that stars and clouds which were beautiful. This little spot we found was amazing. You feel so safe and secluded there, like youre not even in scotch plains anymore.
Once all that was done we decided to explore the backyard of the house, and it was HUGE. his backyard was one of the biggest yard ive ever seen. On the way out i spotted these huge piles of firewood, and me and sean decided to take two pieces each for campfire LOL so we dont need to worry about logs next time.
But yeah conclusion is that i believe everyone needs to see this place. Even if u dont smoke we just need to show everyone cause its simply awesome. I still cant get over it. Hopefully they dont finish construction for like another month. I feel like this place was made just for us, it was everything sean and me were looking for that night (essentially a bench lol) and it just love it. Probably the second best time ive had smoking, coming close to the time me will dan pat and allie smoked on the bridge in the enchated forest.

Lazy Afternoon
Sooo bad news for today, i guess my mom got a ride from my dad and never woke me up to go to class. And i didnt wake up until i got a text from sean and dan at virtually the same time, at that point it was too late to go to class, which kinda sucks cause ive been doing quite alright this semester. Got an A on my midterm paper in English...though i only know one person who didnt.
Everything is going alright for me. I need to apply to wal-greens to keep my job, dont want to not have money for the summer. I also need to clean my room, its the messiest its been in a long time. But again im just too lazy to do anything about it.
Im really sick of this weird ass weather, its nice one day and cold the next and what not, getting annoying. Ive been randomly driving a lot more lately, idk why i find it relaxing though. And past few days ive been walking around too, just listening to music.
Nothing else to say really....lifes been pretty mundane. OH i do feel like i havent seen anyone save sean, will, albert, and dan in a LONG time. Campfire last friday was really cool seeing grover and them kids, even though i got me sicker then i was. But yeah Liz day where u at? Dave too havent seen or talked to him in a while, i keep missing his IMs somehow. Not doing it on purpose dave! Thats all really see you guys around.
Oh and Popeyes is amazing, but really kills ur insides...more so then taco bell i think.

What Up Bitch!
Well there hasnt been much for me to talk about lately. Kinda just being hanging out. Pretty excited for this weekend, hopefully things dont get too out of hand. Im still debating if i should have people over on friday, cause i have work the next day and really dont want to go too crazy but idk, maybe something small.
Oh! Something awesome that might happen is that Mike might move in, he asked me during "the rager" and i asked my parents and at first my mom said she wanted to just relax and not have people in our house which is understandable since weve had someone living here forever, but yesterday my dad randomly asked me what mike was up to and how hes living blah blah. Asked how much he was willing to pay and stuff and i told him so that looks like it may happen.
Other then that not much, im doing alright in school. I have this gay paper thats due like...wednesday but i havent started it yet sooo thats going to be fun. Only 4 pages on 2 texts and a film so shouldnt be that hard.
I think thats all i got to say for now. Later peoples. Off to download music for Liz

Good Start
Well today was an awesome day already. No school, internet and tv back, and SNOW what else do you need? Umm i dont have really anything to say in this entry, but i really do love the snow. Last night after leaving brianas i think i just stood outside watching the snow fall for a good thirty minutes. Snow brings so much peace, no cars were driving by or anything it was soo quiet. All one could hear was the snow and wind, i enjoyed that quite a bit. Other then that i dont really have anything else to say sooo...bai.

Entry 1
Well i need to keep a dream journal for my Psych of Personality class. Only ten so its not bad, and ive wanted to do this for a while now and its cool that im getting graded for it now. But heres my first entry from an awesome dream i had during my Nap.
I remember this dream very vividly. So some reason, cause i usually dont. There was a bit more backstory to this, yes backstory as in there was quite a bit more dream before this part but i dont remember that part. Just parts.
Some weird time travel thing, butterfly effect. Went back and we had to change things to get thing back the same way it was originally. It was me, mike, and durell my best friends since elementary school.
We thought we fixed everything so we were walking back down terrill towards my house. mike? ran ahead to check if his house was alright. he checked the house next to mine even though he doesnt live next door to me. When i got to my house there were these intricate lines of fences and in those fences were a bunch of dogs. My sisters two dogs were there as well as three other ones. Two of which i seemed to know, but there was a "new" one that my dad just got and it was a huge great dane.
My parents are on the deck bbqin like they usually do in the summer. But the strangest part was that my sister and my brother in law were in the middle of the drive way sitting on these really high chairs and this really high table was in front of them. Craziest part was that they were smokin Hookah. It wasnt a regular hookah either, it seemed to be built into the table. the hose seemed out of place as well, since it was coming from the bottom of the base...Anyways, i remember flipping the shit cause i wasnt allowed to smoke hookah. But yeah thats when i woke up.

Well i figure its time i do one of these. Sad that it was James that tagged me finally. Anywhoo here goes.
1. My greatest fear, as some of you know is being alone. And i feel like its coming true.
2. I was raised as a very devote christian, but now i feel like i dont really believe in Christianity or any form of organized religion. I do believe people need them so they have something to believe in, but i dont think im one of those people.
3. I dont feel like any of my friends really truly get me. I dont think i really truly get me.
4. I feel like in the 2 years after high school ive changed more then i ever have before then. I used to be heavy into videogames but now i feel like im out growing it. Sure i like them still but im just not as into it as i used to.
5. I dont think anyone knows this besides mr. regg, but in my spare time occasionally i make little "signatures" in photoshop. Im really glad i started this cause it led me to appreciate art and the world in general a lot more. If anyone really wants to see any, just ask i guess.
6. I wish when i was younger i kept playing piano. It would be awesome if i could do that now. But i feel its to late for me to learn. Mainly cause im just so fucking lazy to do anything.
7. I used to hang out with my sister a lot. Lunches and Movies. To the point where some friends got mad at me for hanging out with her too much. But this past year we havent hung out at all really and i miss it. Now it feels like shes just another parent i have to deal with, and if we were to hang out it would just lead to talkin about school which i really hate doing.
8. I think im too Americanized...yeah. That even though i can speak vietnamese and my parents come from there, i dont feel like i am. Theres nothing to connect me to its culture. Hell i dont know anything of vietnamese culture. except the food.
9. I am currently watching Lost. (wahoo freebie)
10. I wish that it wasnt frowned upon adults to play with action figures or toys. I really miss playing with them. And recently ive noticed that there are some pretty kick ass toys out there that if i was still young would love to have.
11. I have never done one of these things mainly cause i feel like no one would really read it.
12. I can never make up my mind on anything. I usually always need someone else's opinion on the subject. Liz day is the one i usually talk to when i need to make a decision.
13. I have never been to a concert or a sports game before in my life, which makes me sad all day. Id like to go to a concert sometime this summer. For any band really. Just something i think i need to do before i die.
14. I want to go to tokyo more then anything. Mainly cause i wish i was Japanese.
15. Id like to get a tatoo, i kinda already know of what and where but im too embarassed to tell anyone what it is. So youll probably never know unless i get it.

17. My biggest pet peeve is when my shower isnt perfect. It needs to have really hot water, and i ALWAYS need music. A bad shower ruins my entire day.
18. I always feel like i need to go out of the way to be a good friend. Example: when sean went to rutgers to do shrooms and needed a ride home, i probably would of agreed to give him a ride home even though it was highly inconvienant for me, but dave and liz convinced me not to. And im glad they did...even though i spent the next whole day wondering if sean was mad at me.
19. I was born with this disease called hyperhydrosis in which causes my hands to sweat...all the time. Like really bad. And i know for a fact that this has caused me to be who i am. Really shy and overly nervous about meeting new people. And causes me to have really low self esteem.
20. I miss hanging out with Mike, he used to be my best friend and now i barely see him. But i feel we have grown very differently. Just dont have as much in common as we did when we were younger.
21. My favorite season is Autumn. When the trees change color i think its simply beautiful. But i love it when it snows. Especially when its in the process of snowing, things just look so much more peaceful when it snows. Cars are off the streets and things are quiet for once.
22. I love tea and everything about them. I could spend hours in Teavana...
23. I totally got distracted while doing this cause i started making one of my "signatures"

Suck
Well i was just thinking and i started really thinking about what i bring to my friends. I feel that everyone in our brings something to it. Dave allows people to use his house all the time, and his hookah, sean brings the comedy with his dumbness, pat does the same, briana allows us to make fun of her, william is just will, even austin brings his sass, and just thinking i dont really bring much into the group. Im really always just there.
Ive also realized that im not very unique...at least not as unique as id like to be or even should be for that matter. Im really just a bunch of attributes that ive seen and liked to copy from other people. My music, movies, tv, clothing style, pretty much a lot of me is just pieces of everyone around me.
I dont know why im writing this down. But maybe its good that i am writing what im thinking down, whatever. This all started when i was thinking of knocked up and when seth rogen said he wonders how anyone can like him. Damn you Knocked Up.

Sooo just wanted to update and say that My Parents are leaving Feb. 9th for Florida or something like that. Theyll be gone for a week, so that means my house will be open for a week. And thats coming up pretty soon. So im hoping that people who are gone might come back for at least a day or two.
Also my sister's place will be open sometime in march. She has a set date i just forgot when it was. Sadly it isnt going to be 3 weeks anymore but a mere 6 days. Still good though. So wahoo! Something to look forward to.

I was simply stumbling (woot!) while waiting for sean and nick to come get me, and came upon this poem. I really like it, especially the last stanza.

City
Been a while, this will just be a recap of the past 2 days. Friday after work went to BK with James and Dan, everyone was at Dave's house. There were already 7 people there so i figured i wouldnt be allowed to come, which is understandable. I wouldnt want 8 people over in my house to be honest. So we are sitting in BK just talkin and to my surprise i get a call from Mike! Asking if i want to go to the city to see part one of Che (staring Benicio Del Toro) i immediatly agree cause 1. its mike asking and i havent seen him in months and 2. nothing else to do. We go to the city in like 25 minutes, no joke. Movie started at 12:15 and was 2 and a half hours long at the IFC center, which is a rockin theater and we should start going there cause they show really cool indie films. After the film i wanted to check out some smoke shops around the village, but it was too late and mike and rell just wanted to go back.
Saturday, i was like an hour and fifteen minutes late to work, was on main register all day. Blah blah nothing really interesting really happened. Except that dan seemed really mad/sad at the end of the night. I didnt know what to do about that so...yeah. Got out at 8, didnt call people except sean to see how the Goodman Brown thing went. Kinda sad i didnt get to go to that. But anyways, Mike, Rell, and myself planned to go back to finish Che (see part 2) Sadly part 2 was a lot slower and not as interesting as the first. Though the ending was good and i must say Benicio Del Toro is a beastly actor. We got out earlier then normal since the movie started at 9:50. went to a couple of smoke shops, i kinda wanted to get something but decided not to (typical for me). But then i saw one the best Pink Floyd Posters hanging on the wall in this old ass record store. So i asked the guy who was at the register.
Description of Register Man: He was pretty old, maybe in his fifties. Wearing really raggidy clothes and his hair was probably shoulder length but it was like tied up in a bandana. The bandana wasnt so much a bandana as like denim cloth that he just tied around his head. He definitely was a Hippie, and i think i smelled weed on him.
Back to the story. So i asked him how much the poster was and he said only 15. I was amazed at how cheap it was, being it was double the size of the poster u get at Spencers. I knew dave wanted it, but i couldnt help myself. Checked my wallet and saw that i had exactly 15 bucks, it must of been fate. So i bought it and its amazing.
So yeah im going to need to move one of my posters to fit it on my wall. I think i already know which one so ill probably do that a bit after this blog post.
Anyways got home back into town and hung out with durell, mike had to go back to Jeremy's cause he had work in the morning. Durell and myself watched some howard while watching 1408. That movie is soo much better after howard. Makes it more intense. (We also had McDonalds)
Got back to my room at like 3:30? i dont really remember i was pretty high =/ I remember watching the first episode of beast wars before i went to bed. OH yeah i have 4 episodes left of Arrested Developement, which makes me sad. But the entire series of Beast Wars which is rockin'
I also have been going to bed reaaally late, like normal 5:00 AM. and waking up at like 1:00PM and want to fix that, so one night if we arent doing anything i think im going to drown myself in Nyquil at like 1:00 AM and see how that goes.
This turned out a lot longer then i thought, and dave wants to read this for some reason so i guess thats it for now.
